ASNET-AM infrastructure currently includes networks of 65 organizations in 6 cities and locations of Armenia (Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Ashtarak, Abovyan, Byurakan). Connection between the organizations is established using advanced communication technologies, such as the fiber-optic lines, broadband wireless connection and copper lines. Total number of Points-of-Presence (PoPs) in ASNET-AM is currently 39. Layer3 performance capacities of PoPs  ranged  from 11000 Mbit/s to 20 Mbit/s. Fiber-optic lines that are currently used within ASNET-AM either belong to ASNET-AM or are rented from other organizations.

Over its history ASNET-AM always implemented external connectivity to other networks and Internet via multiple connections, providing connectivity redundancy and reliability as well as the improved accessibility for core services. Current external connections and peerings are:

2.       ARMIX

4.       Arminco
5.       Armentel
6.       AMNIC

Current total capacity of all connections to other networks used by ASNET-AM is 650 Mbit/s (including connections to Armenian Internet eXchanges, direct connections to ISPs and connection to GÉANT). Fiber-optic connection is used in all the above connections.
